Adrienna Turner – Black Women Making History
Adrienna Turner is an accomplished author of several nonfiction and poetry books. She is now signed to GSH Publishing for her Young Adult Fiction novel entitled “Mirror, Beware!” under the pen name Dream Summore that will be available in Spring 2010. She also writes under pseudonym names for her fiction projects under science-fiction/horror; romance draspensedy (drama, romance, suspense); fantasy/supernatural fiction; and suspense thrillers.
She is also a contributing writer for Heavenly Magazine (http://www.heavenlymag.com/) and Celebrity Report Magazine (www.celebrityreportmagazine.com) with featured articles. She also writes articles for Associated Content and available for literary and proofreading projects on LivePerson.com to chat live.
Additionally, Adrienna is a book reviewer for AAMBC (African Americans on the Move Book Club) and Dream 4 More Reviews. She showcases these reviews posted on Dream 4 More Reviews on her Internet radio show entitled Dream4More on BlogTalkRadio (www.blogtalkradio.com/Dream4More) and Adrienna Turner on BlogTalkRadio over a year to showcase her literary consulting talents, author spotlights, and literary market as a whole. She will be starting “the Dream Experience Series” workshops as teleseminars/webcasts and future events for all walks of life to connect to the Dream 4 More mentality.
Adrienna was a community organizer for Barack Obama Campaign in 2008 as a Deputy Field Organizer and Staging Location Director. Currently, she is still involved in other community projects such as Organizing for America (OFA) in WI and Change Milwaukee community organizations, under President Barack Obama, also Reader’s Choice events.
Her passion is encouraging and edifying other aspiring writers to believe in their work, to polish it, and make it marketable. Therefore, she started a literary firm called Dream 4 More Literary Consulting Firm to help new and aspiring authors to showcase their books and enhance their writing projects to become a masterpiece. Other passions are youth involvement, community, and legal field. In near future, she desires to open a center called “Dream in Paradise Preparatory School™” for youth to display their God-given talents, gifts, and creative soul to the world. She has started a virtual book club called Dream Your Reality Book Club: http://dreamyourreality.webs.com. Later, she would like to have an independent publishing company, “Dream Your Reality Publications™”.
She has a Bachelors Degree in Information Resources/Technology and a Masters Degree in Library of Information Science. She also participates in law training seminars through CLEO (Council for Legal Education Opportunity). She anticipates to take coursework as a paralegal and later law school in Intellectual Property/Entertainment Law.
